How do I place an order?
Pick the product, add it to the cart, then fill in name, phone and address at checkout. No account and no bank card needed.
How long does delivery take?
24 to 72 hours depending on the city. We call to confirm the order before it ships.
Is delivery free?
Free above the threshold shown in the cart. Below it, the delivery cost is displayed in full before you confirm.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We buy only from authorised distributors, and the item reaches you sealed as it left the warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Yes, on the order-tracking page with your order number and email — or just ask us on WhatsApp.
Payment information
Which payment methods?
Cash on delivery is currently the only method: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. No deposit, no reservation fee. Payment happens entirely on delivery.
Are prices all-inclusive?
The displayed price is final. Delivery is shown separately and clearly before you confirm.
How do I return an item?
Within 7 days of delivery, sealed and unused. Write to us and we arrange the return.
My item arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 48 hours. We replace it or refund in full, with return shipping on us.
