This policy explains how Éclat Store collects, uses and protects your personal data when you buy Eva products and other skincare on marocbeaute.com. We are an online shop based in Morocco, selling cash on delivery and shipping through local couriers — and that model is what determines the data we actually need.

When you order: full name, phone number, full delivery address and city, and the contents of your order.
When you contact us: your name, email or WhatsApp number, and your message.
When you subscribe: your email address only.
When you create an account: your login details and order history.

1.2 Information collected automatically

IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time spent. This is used to run and measure the site, not to identify you personally.

1.3 What we never collect

We do not collect or store any bank card data. Payment is made in cash on delivery, so no card number passes through this site at any point.

To prepare your order, hand it to the courier and track it to your door.
To call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch — a necessary step in cash on delivery.
To answer your questions and handle returns or exchanges.

3. Who we share it with

3.1 Delivery companies

We pass your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect to the courier handling your order in Morocco. That data is necessary to deliver the parcel and take payment, and is not used by them for anything else.

3.2 Technical providers

The site is hosted by a hosting provider and we use analytics tools to understand how pages perform. These providers process data on our behalf and on our instructions.

3.3 What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies
