Treating dandruff at its source

Dandruff is not simply a dry scalp. In most cases it comes from a fungus that naturally lives on the scalp and multiplies excessively, speeding up the skin’s renewal cycle so cells shed as visible flakes. Vitapoint ampoules address that mechanism with three actives working together.

The three actives

• Zinc PCA: regulates oil production on the scalp — the environment in which the fungus thrives.
• Piroctone olamine: an antifungal agent that targets the direct cause of dandruff.
• Menthol: calms itching immediately and gives a cooling sensation.

Free from parabens and silicones

Silicone in particular forms an insulating layer on the scalp that stops actives reaching it, so leaving it out matters in a treatment product like this.

How to use

On a clean, slightly damp scalp after shampooing, open the ampoule and distribute the contents directly onto the scalp in parallel partings. Massage with your fingertips for two minutes. Do not rinse. Use one ampoule a week.

When will you see results?

Itching eases from the first application thanks to the menthol, and flaking drops noticeably after the third or fourth ampoule.
