Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors or decline an order in cases of obvious error or stock shortage.

Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once cash on delivery is confirmed, depending on the method chosen.

Delivery

We deliver to all Moroccan cities. Delivery times vary by destination; shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Unopened products may be returned within the period stated on the returns page. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be accepted.

Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images and logos — belongs to Éclat Store.
